PEP delivered the complete electrical installations to all fourteen homes and the customer-side LV infrastructure serving the wider development. Working from coordinated M&E layouts and a switchgear performance specification, our team selected the components, developed the 630 A distribution and circuit configuration, coordinated the protected submains and carried the structural earthing system through to network acceptance.
PEP also designed and installed the complete domestic water infrastructure, including the incoming main and fourteen individually isolated apartment services. Heating was provided by heat pumps and delivered by a specialist contractor, while PEP coordinated the electrical and water interfaces around that work.
Rooftop solar panels, a passenger lift and a C-TEC fire-alarm system added further interfaces. PEP prepared the solar and lift electrical infrastructure and installed the fire-alarm system; final fire commissioning and sign-off were completed by the appointed specialist.
