Who controls your information
Pure Energy Project Ltd is the data controller for information submitted through this website or provided when discussing and delivering work. Our contact address is 176A Braemar Avenue, London NW10 0DS. Email mail@pep-plumbing.co.uk or call 07825 268 434.
What we collect and why
When you enquire, we may collect your name, contact details, project postcode, service requirements, messages, drawings and other information you choose to provide. We use it to respond, assess the work, prepare quotations, arrange visits, perform a contract and maintain project, safety, accounting and legal records.
Our lawful bases
We process enquiry and project information where necessary to take steps at your request before entering a contract, to perform a contract, to meet legal obligations, and for legitimate business interests such as managing customer relationships, protecting the website and improving our services. Optional analytics are used only after consent.
Sharing and international processing
Information may be handled by trusted hosting, email, accounting and technical service providers, or shared with professional advisers and authorities where required. We do not sell personal information. Where a supplier processes information outside the UK, we require an appropriate transfer safeguard.
Retention
We keep information only as long as needed for the purpose collected. Routine enquiries that do not become projects are normally removed after 24 months. Customer, project, certification, tax and accounting records may be retained longer where contractual, safety or legal obligations require it.
Cookies and analytics
The site does not load optional analytics unless you choose “Allow analytics”. If enabled, Google Analytics is configured to reduce data collection and measure page use and lead actions. Your choice is stored locally so the site can remember it. You can clear site data in your browser to reset that choice.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or transfer of your personal information, and may withdraw consent where consent is the basis used. Contact PEP first so we can help. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
Security and updates
We use proportionate technical and organisational measures to protect information. No online service can guarantee absolute security. We may update this notice when the website, suppliers or legal requirements change; the date above shows the current version.
