PEP delivers electrical and plumbing, heating & plant-room work as two clearly defined disciplines — appointed separately, or coordinated together under one accountable team where a project depends on both.
Full house rewires, distribution upgrades and technically demanding electrical installations for London homes and residential developments — planned around the architecture, coordinated with other trades on site, and closed out with full testing and certification.
Central heating, plumbing, boiler and plant-room installations delivered as one balanced system — from heat generation and hot-water storage through distribution and controls, tested, commissioned and powerflushed where required.
For a focused hot-water project, see our unvented cylinder installation and replacement service in London.
How we work
Most residential projects benefit from electrical and plumbing/heating work being planned together, with a single team accountable for both. Each discipline is also available as a defined, standalone package of work where that suits the project and its programme.
Qualified delivery.
