Installer credentials
Product training supports accurate specification and commissioning for Chelsea townhouses, mansion flats and mews houses alike. Gas Safe registration gives you a clear business number to verify before any gas work begins.

Registered business

Pure Energy Project Ltd is a Gas Safe registered business. Registration confirms the gas work on your Chelsea installation is carried out by a registered engineer.
Manufacturer accreditation profile links will be added once PEP’s exact manufacturer profile URLs are confirmed. Gas Safe registered business number: 520933.
Clean system water is part of the job
The full PowerFlush is included in the installation — it is not an optional extra added after the quotation.
Chelsea properties often combine older radiators and pipework with later extensions, zoning or refurbishment, and magnetite or installation debris left in that circuit can restrict flow through a new heat exchanger. We circulate cleaning solution through the whole system, fit suitable magnetic protection and introduce fresh inhibitor before checking the condition of the water, so the new boiler starts life on a prepared circuit.
Review the complete scope
Survey-led replacement
Tall townhouses, mansion flats, mews houses and modern apartments place very different demands on heat, hot water, access and plant space. We establish the constraints first, then specify the arrangement.
We review occupancy, bathrooms, simultaneous outlet use, heat loss and existing zones before deciding output and storage for your Chelsea property.
The available gas pipe, proposed flue terminal, clearances, ventilation and condensate route are checked before price is fixed.
Boiler type, cylinder, pumps, valves and zoning are considered as one system rather than separate product choices.
The full-system PowerFlush, magnetic protection and inhibitor are included within the replacement scope.
Programmers, thermostats and compensation controls are selected and commissioned around the way your Chelsea property is occupied.
Gas rate, combustion, working pressure, temperatures and safety functions are tested and recorded before handover.
Built around demand
A large output figure does not solve a poor system arrangement. We select the boiler type after the survey confirms water flow, hot-water use, available plant space and the condition of the existing heating circuit.
One appliance · no cylinder
Can suit a Chelsea flat or smaller home where incoming water flow, gas supply and simultaneous hot-water demand support the chosen model.
Stored water · several outlets
Often the stronger arrangement for multi-bathroom homes where a correctly sized cylinder can deliver dependable stored hot water.
Existing layout · assessed carefully
May remain appropriate where a compatible traditional system is sound. Tanks, cylinder and controls are altered only when the survey identifies a clear benefit.
A PEP engineer on site
Finished floors, joinery and circulation routes are protected before work begins. At the boiler, commissioning readings are recorded and controls are configured for the actual heating arrangement, with a clear explanation of what changed before we leave.
From the first photo to the final test
Photographs and a short conversation establish the likely route. A site survey then confirms demand, access, flue, condensate and plant-space constraints.
We specify boiler type, output, controls, system protection and any alterations, then issue one written scope for the Chelsea property.
Working areas are protected, the old appliance is removed and the whole heating circuit receives its included PowerFlush.
The appliance is commissioned, readings are recorded, controls are explained and the required Gas Safe and qualifying manufacturer registrations are completed.
The term is confirmed before installation
We match the available term to the selected boiler, qualifying accessories and the manufacturer programme in force at the time.
Manufacturer-backed protection is included as standard where the selected product and promotion qualify; it is not automatic on every model. Eligibility varies by model, accessories and current promotion — manufacturer terms and scheduled servicing requirements apply, and your quotation states the exact cover offered for the proposed installation.
Need the likely route quickly?
Share the SW3 or SW10 postcode, photographs of the present boiler and a few details about the home. We can usually identify the likely route and the next suitable survey or installation window without delay.

If the building, tenancy or heating arrangement is unusual, talk it through with the PEP team before booking.
07825 268 434Yes. We plan access, working hours, flue and condensate routes, shared-building constraints and any information required by a managing agent or freeholder before the final scope is agreed. The quotation identifies any item that depends on third-party consent.
Yes. A full-system PowerFlush is included before the new boiler is commissioned. We clean the existing circuit, fit suitable magnetic protection, introduce fresh inhibitor and check the condition of the system water before handover.
Not automatically. A combination boiler must be assessed against incoming water flow, available gas supply and simultaneous hot-water demand. For homes with several bathrooms, a system boiler and correctly sized hot-water cylinder may provide the better arrangement.
Often, yes. The cabinet must preserve the appliance manufacturer’s service access, clearances and ventilation requirements, and the flue, valves and controls must remain accessible. We coordinate those requirements before the joinery is finalised.
Yes. The survey checks the available gas supply, proposed flue position and terminal clearances, ventilation where relevant, condensate disposal and the practical route for any required alterations. Those works are stated in the written quotation.
PEP works with Vaillant and Viessmann products and holds the installer status shown on this page. The proposed make and model are selected for the property’s demand, system arrangement and available manufacturer protection rather than from a one-size-fits-all package.
Send the SW3 or SW10 postcode, clear photographs of the current boiler, pipework and flue, details of any hot-water cylinder or tanks, the number of bathrooms and your preferred timing. We will confirm whether a site survey is required before quotation.
