Important limitation

Cleaning cannot reverse metal that corrosion has already thinned.

In an aged or altered circuit, built-up debris can be sitting inside a weak point. Clearing it can expose a leak that was already there. We flag this possibility before starting, not after.

07Will a Powerflush fix one cold radiator or a noisy boiler on its own?

Only if contamination is actually the cause. It will not correct a failed control, a stuck valve, undersized pipework or a worn pump — those need to be identified and addressed separately.
