01How can I tell whether sludge is causing my cold radiators?
Cold patches towards the bottom, slow heat-up and discoloured heating water are useful clues, but none confirms the cause alone. Tell us which radiators are affected and whether the problem appeared suddenly or gradually. That helps direct the assessment.
02Can you quote for a powerflush in W9 before visiting?

03Will I have heating and hot water during the work?

06Are old radiators and microbore pipes suitable?
Sometimes, but they need individual assessment. Condition, pipe size, available circulation and the extent of any blockage all matter. Severely restricted or corroded sections may need repair or replacement; we cannot promise that cleaning will clear every obstruction.
07Do radiators have to come off the wall?
Usually, they are cleaned in place. A particularly blocked radiator may need separate treatment, which we would discuss. Please leave access to radiators, valves and the boiler, and tell us about tight staircases, parking restrictions or building access requirements when booking.
08Will powerflushing solve every heating problem?
It can improve circulation where contamination is the cause. It will not repair failed pumps, valves or controls, or correct every system-design problem. After cleaning, we check operation and explain any further work that would be needed for remaining symptoms.
