System cleaning included
Magnetite and suspended debris do not disappear when the old appliance is removed. If contamination remains in the radiators, pipework or zone circuits, it can pass through the replacement boiler from its first day of operation.
Every PEP boiler replacement includes a full-system PowerFlush. Flow direction is reversed through the circuit, loosened debris is captured, and the system is prepared for fresh inhibitor and final water-quality checks before commissioning.

The survey turns the existing arrangement into one written installation scope: boiler output, gas and flue requirements, hydraulic alterations, controls, cleaning, protection and handover. Every element is agreed before installation begins and verified before the system is handed back.
Output is matched to the calculated load, emitters and intended operating pattern rather than copied from the old appliance badge.
Incoming water, simultaneous demand and any existing cylinder or storage are assessed before choosing combi or stored-water production.
Available gas capacity, flue route and clearances, ventilation and condensate disposal are confirmed before the quotation is fixed.
