Pure Energy Project was lead designer and contractor for the complete plumbing, heating and electrical infrastructure throughout this five-storey home. Working from the architect's point layouts and the appointed lighting designer's schedule, PEP developed the full technical design — including the plant rooms, electrical distribution and circuit allocation — then delivered the installation on site.
The home combines intelligent Lutron lighting with integrated security, audio and AV, while a Polar Bear interface brings heating and air conditioning together on a single controller. PEP installed the Lutron cabinets to the specialist design and coordinated the security, audio, AV and controls contractors; Lutron system design, programming and commissioning remained with the appointed controls specialist.
The result is a technically complex home that feels simple to operate. Following completion, PEP was retained as the property's principal maintenance contractor, giving the client one team with first-hand knowledge of every system behind the walls.
