Plan equipment and routes with the building team
The available plant space and routes to the rooms influence the project. We review access to the equipment, the distribution connections and the parts of the existing system proposed for retention. A plant-room installation also needs coordination with the electrical supply and other building services. The quotation describes these interfaces and the responsibilities for associated building work, so the layout can be developed with a clear understanding of the installation.

Check the agreed system at completion
Installation and commissioning should follow the scope as a connected whole. We coordinate stages with room readiness and discuss the expected household interruption before work starts. Handover includes an explanation of the arrangement and the relevant project information. If the requirement is a focused boiler change or assessment of poor circulation, that can be discussed as a narrower service without assuming that all the distribution equipment must be replaced.
